Silicone Emulsion is a 60% silicone emulsion formulated with a 350cst dimethyl silicone fluid.
Because of its non-ionic nature, it can be used in a variety of systems, such as nonionic, anionic, cationic surfactant or polymer systems without forming a complex.

How to use:
Silicone Emulsioncan be applied directly or after diluted for the release agent or lubricant, with conventional spraying, dipping, wiping or brushing.
It should be diluted with low hardness water (CaCO3 content below 250ppm/L).
E.g.: 1 part of mass of Silicone Emulsiondiluted by 20 part of mass of water. However, the users can make the small scale test according to the required concentration before production.
Silicone Emulsioncan be used directly or after dilution. Being the textile finishing agent, a padding process is available, and the amount of emulsion used depends on the fabric structure and type (natural or synthetic).
Padding Process:
1. Rinsing the fabric thoroughly with a non-ionic detergent, then rinsing with 2g/L 80% acetic acid solution around 5 minutes. This process can neutralize the alkali remained in the previous process to avoid oil spots or sticky rollers caused by the unstable dippingsolution.
2. If grease resistant resin or fillers are used during this process, the mixture solution should be diluted based on the manufacturer recommendation, and if the temperature is too high, the temperature should be lowered below 30°C before padding the siliconeemulsion.
3. Pre-dilute Silicone Emulsionwith approximately the same mass of water and added to the mixing tank asrequired.
4. If you need to use grease-resistant catalyst, please pre-mix with the same mass of water and add to the mixingtank.
5. Dilute to required volume with coldwater.
Notice for use:
1. Use clean mixing tanks, feed lines, rolling boxes androllers.
2. Hard water is not recommended, the CaCO3 content in the water must be less than250ppm.
DO NOT use high shear stirrer when preparing the finishingsolution.
Packing:
Net weight 200kgs iron drum or 1000kgs IBC.
Validity & Storage:
Silicone Emulsioncould be frozen, so please be careful to avoid it. In the event of freezing, please melt at room temperature before continue to use. To prevent freezing, please store it above 5°C and store it unopened below 35°C (86ºF).
The product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. In case the product storage is expired, can still be applied if qualified after retested.
Use Limitation:
This product has not been tested or stated to be suitable for medical or pharmaceutical use.
