Methyl silicone oil (5cst - 2000cst）
Application: Textile auxiliary agent.

• Methyl silicone oil is a colorless, odorless transparent liquid.

• It's with special smoothness, softness, hydrophobicity, good chemical stability, excellent electrical insulation and high and low temperature resistance.

• It's with high flash point and low solidifying point that can be long time used under the temperature between -50℃ to +200℃.

• It's with low Viscosity-temperature Coefficient, high compression ratio, low surface tension, good hydrophobicity, good damp proof, low specific heat coefficient and heat conduction coefficient.

• Usually applied to industrial deforming, food deforming, textile auxiliary agent ect.

Silicone Emulsion
Application: Textile machinery lubricant, fabric finishing agent.

• This is an on-ionic polydimethylsiloxane emulsion, because of its non-ionic nature, it can be widely used in various of systems, such as non-ionic, anionic,cationic emulsion systems or not to form complex polymer system.

• It can be used as apolish component in automobile and furniture polishes with good gloss with minimal application.

• Release agents for rubber or plastic parts(bottle plug, screw lid, barrel plug,etc.).

• Lubrication of the extrusion rubber parts and convey or belts.

• Textile machinery lubricant: Yarn/SewingThread/Knitwear/sewingneedle/Glass cloth exhaust filter device.

Hydroxy silicone oil (28CS-35CS)
Application：Fabric finishing agent.

This product is a colorless transparent oil with low viscosity and high hydroxyl content. It has the advantages of antistatic performance, high temperature resistance and good waterproof performance. Application: It is used for insulation, moisture-proof and shock-proof sealing and potting of electronic components, as well as building caulking and sealing, rubber and plastic molding, release agent, anti-adhesive agent, fabric finishing agent, mechanism control agent, etc.
